As the primary funding source of the Bright Futures Scholarship Program, the Florida Lottery has helped nearly one million students reach their dream of a higher education.
At the direction of Governor DeSantis, and in collaboration with the Department of Education, the Florida Lottery is spearheading an unprecedented initiative called Keeping Florida’s Future Bright, aimed at generating additional awareness for the scholarship and the vast opportunities it holds.
The first phase included the creation of a centralized portal where students, parents, guardians, and educators can obtain vital information. The new portal serves as a one-stop-shop for frequently asked questions, checklists, application support, test preparation resources, and more.
