Thanks to Duke Energy for their partnership in presenting our Health master classes. And thanks to everyone at the Wellcare Welcome Room for hosting the class.

Born and raised in Sanford, Florida, Chef Courtney Lanier brings farm-to-table flavor to every dish – a tradition inspired by his Southern roots and his grandmother’s Southwest Georgia cooking. His time in the U.S. Army, serving in Germany and Panama, expanded his palate and passion for global cuisine.

Through Big Country’s Kitchen, Chef Lanier delivers an elevated country dining experience. He’s also dedicated to mentoring youth, inspiring them to make choices that shape a brighter future.
