Join us for a free 4-week class series focused on plant-based nutrition. You’ll learn how incorporating more vegetables, fruits and whole grains into your daily meals can improve your health. You’ll gain confidence in the kitchen and learn how to make healthier shopping choices, on a budget. Learn how to take a proactive approach for your sustained good health – using your intuition, staying curious and always learning more!

At the Plant-Based Banquet on May 30, enjoy a delicious meal and community fun to celebrate a month of learning. You’ll also have the chance to chat with health practitioners, educators and chefs, giving you more insights and tools to move forward on a healthier, happier path!
Instructor Joycelyn Bryant brings Southern Hospitality to every dish she makes. She developed her culinary style from a combination of multi-generational family influence and her passion for health reform supported by a degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida. Her company, JSK Catering, provides tasty and innovative healthy foods.
