Through our Kenneth R. Tolbert Scholarship Fund, HAPCO creates programs and projects to impact youth in our community – opening their eyes to the possibilities the arts offer them as individuals.

We fund projects that assist youth aspiring to a career in the arts as well as those using their talents to fund their higher education. We strive to instill in young people a passion for excellence in all facets of their lives.

Alongside our clinics and camps, HAPCO’s community programs in the works include:

  • arts and music programs at the Winter Garden Boys & Girls Club for youth, and Wellcare for seniors
  • the development of a percussion ensemble to include a drum line at Lake Weston Elementary School in Orlando
  • the development and oversight of a music program at Oakland Avenue Charter School
  • expanding HAPCO LIVE to include music, video and photography
  • future programing at the Oakland Arts & History Center

Your monthly support allows us to continue and grow our educational programs.

We appreciate every dollar donated, and work to put it to the best use for the futures of the young people we connect with the arts, music – and the community.
