For many young people, the arts are the key to opening the door to prosperous, productive futures. HAPCO’s programs give disadvantaged young people direct access to the arts, offering educational opportunities and exposure to top programs and talent. Our events are tailored to unite the Central Florida community through music and the arts.

Through our Kenneth R. Tolbert Scholarship Fund, HAPCO creates programs and projects to impact youth in our community – opening their eyes to the possibilities the arts offer them as individuals.

We fund projects that assist youth aspiring to a career in the arts as well as those using their talents to fund their higher education. We strive to instill in young people a passion for excellence in all facets of their lives.

Our programs emphasize mentoring by industry professionals, giving young people inroads into community networks. We assist both individuals and community programs. We also serve our communities’ young-at-heart senior citizens, with special programs that encourage active senior living.

Community support makes our programs possible. We align ourselves with partners who relish the opportunities to mentor the next generations in artistic expression and appreciation. You can help us in several ways: make a donation | sponsor our 2017 season | attend our events
