Welcome to the Official Website for The HapCO Music Foundation, Inc. This website is dedicated to music and the education of our youth. A listing of special and upcoming events, scholarships as well as University and College access are available. Collegiate and high school bands are showcased. Outstanding student/musicians are honored monthly.


From July 1st 2013 – June 30th 2014 our goal is to raise $100,000 to continue to provide scholarships and support to our youth.

HAPCO Student of the Quarter – Cameren Anai Williams

Cameren Anai Williams

Cameren Anai Williams is 13 years old and she attends Bak Middle School of the Arts in West Palm Beach. She is a double major in strings (viola), voice and she plays piano. In school, she is the principal violist of the Advanced Orchestra, full orchestra, and the 8th Grade Chamber Ensemble (under the direction of Nancy Beebe) and she is a member of the Girls’ Chorus and the Bak Chorale (under the direction of Connie Drosakis).

Music is Harmony paintingOriginal Highwayman R.L. Lewis created this piece especially for HAPCO Music Foundation as a fundraiser.

The original 20″x24″ painting entitled: “Music is Harmony,” is done by Original Highwaymen artist R.L. Lewis (a 2004 inductee into the Florida Artist hall of fame.)

8th Annual Triple “A” Festival — 2014

June 13-14, 2014
This festival in the town of Oakland encourages artistic expression among youth and celebrates the work of local artists. The festival historically honors Juneteenth, now celebrated throughout the United States with picnics and festivals. We present artistry as exhibited in those who contribute to African-American culture.

Gatorland Band Camp — 2014

July 14- 18, 2014
GATORLAND Band Camp will be held at the Holiday Inn in Walt Disney Resort.
