Derris Lee is part of the Music Business & Entrepreneurship faculty at the University of Florida where he teaches courses including Strategic Music Entrepreneurship Development, Digital Musicianship & Production and Music Production in Commercial Media.

His journey in the music industry has been adorned with international peer-reviewed awards including:

  • the 2022 National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences’ GRAMMY® Award for Best Latin Children’s Album (percussionist and keyboardist)
