This series emphasizes both solo and ensemble work and MPA participation. Goals are improved musical and improvisation skills, to promote a sense of accomplishment, self-esteem and interest in secondary education. The class focuses upon jazz to generate an increased interest level of participating students as well as attract new students to the music program.
